BCL (Bay City Living) is the brainchild of the reputable and regulated local property expert, Nick Tatham, who has worked as an estate and lettings agent in Cardiff for amost 20 years. BCL was founded in early 2010 and is part of the Tatham Group, which also includes Tathams Estate Agents.
The focus of BCL is to provide peace of mind and total service for landlords and tenants. We aim to increase lettings opportunities through flexible working hours, arranging and attending viewings at the weekend and up to 7 pm. Our experience has taught us to be prepared for the unexpected and we remain focused on efficient working practices, which maintain mutually beneficial relationships with landlords and tenants throughout the UK.
